Paclobutrazol (PBZ) is a plant growth regulator (PGR) and also a fungicide.
Paclobutrazol is a synthetic chemical product that inhibits the top growth on a plant while encouraging root growth. Paclobutrazol is primarily used to restrict top growth, but it also helps increase the nutrients a plant receives through stronger and more active roots.
