Good Quality Raisins
PRIYAL DIPPING OIL helps to accelerate drying process. PRIYAL DIPPING OIL helps to chemical restructure of wax coating on the skin of the berry thus water from the berries evaporates at a faster rate. A faster rate of evaporation gives a good quality of raisins.
It is necessary to remove water from the grapes to convert them into raisins.
It can also be used for drying Figs, Chilies, Strawberries, Kiwis & other Fruits.
Generally 1.5 liters Dipping Oil is sufficient for 100 liters of water, but in the following situations it is advisable to increase the quantity of Dipping Oil to 2 liters.
1. Higher water content in the berry.
2. Cloudy weather or high humidity in the atmosphere.
Note: pH of the solution, should be 10 to 11.
